Refund policy

Order Fulfilment:

Orders are shipped from Monday through Saturday. We pride ourselves on shipping your order as fast as possible, usually within Two (2) business days after it is placed, although in some cases, we may need upto 5-6 business days to fulfil your order. Holidays and sales may result in longer shipping times, despite our best efforts to minimize that. 

Occasionally some products will run out of stock due to large orders that come in before inventory is updated, this may result in a delay in shipping just that item or your entire order. We will notify you if this happens. 

Under what circumstances we offer returns and refunds?

Perfumes are non-returnable products. 

Returns / Replacement will be only accepted for product received are incorrect and products which are damaged/defective unless mentioned at the time of purchase. 

Incorrect Items received: It is our duty to deliver the right products to our valuable customers. Before dispatching, we try many level checks just to make sure that the parcel has the same product that you have ordered. On receiving incorrect products, we will get the parcel picked from your order address and ship the right product to your doorstep soonest. 

Timeframe in which we accept returns?

We accept returns within 24 hours of product(s) receipt by customer.

When and how customers can expect a refund?

In case of delivery of incorrect item, damaged or defective, we will replace the item at the earliest. Incase the customer insists for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the same account from which the transaction has been made and it takes up-to 7 working days after initiating the refund process (third party payment gateway terms and conditions).  If the payment is made in cash, a refund will be made only in the form of NEFT/ RTGS in the bank account of the customer. In such a case the customer has to mention his bank account details at the time of making such a request. 

Refund will be initiated only on receipt of the product and proper check which may take up to 24 hours after receipt of product.

What is not eligible for return or replacement?

  • Damages done due to product misuse by the customer
  • Product returned with no original accessories and packaging that covers the manufacturer's packaging, the box and other items delivered with the product(s)
  • The perfume box is opened, or cellophane is removed.
  • We strictly do not take the perfumes back if customer has used the product.
Fragrances are Personal and Subjective, Products which you did not like, Or Which was bought blindly are not covered under Returns and Replacement. we are not offering try and buy, if you do not like the perfume fragrance, we are sorry we cannot help you.
